Chin: A High Level Approach
The lower face is where things start to go sideways if you don’t have a clear plan.
It’s easy to chase what stands out, the chin, the jawline, the shadowing, but without understanding how those pieces work together, it quickly turns into overcorrection or results that just feel off.
This lecture with Dr. Rebecka Gardell focuses on how to approach the lower face with more intention; how to assess it properly, where to build structure, and when to hold back.
Because getting this area right isn’t about doing more. It’s about knowing exactly what needs to be done, and what doesn’t.
