With a background in critical care nursing, I've spent the last 10+ years caring for patients in the hospital setting, where I developed a growing passion for preventative health and wellness. After witnessing so many patients seek treatment only after their health had significantly declined, I became motivated to help people take a more proactive approach to their well-being.
