UCLA- and Drexel-trained, Dr. Lisa Espinoza transitioned from a career as a professional ballerina to become a distinguished leader in cosmetic dermatology, aesthetic medicine, and laser technology more than 20 years ago.

Dr. Espinoza is the founder, owner, and operator of the award-winning La Chelé Medical Aesthetics, recognized as “Best of Philadelphia,” with four expansive locations across Pennsylvania. Her practice is a Top 20 Allergan National account with a twenty year legacy. She leads a dedicated team of more than 60 employees and oversees a portfolio of more than 70 laser and energy-based devices. Her comprehensive approach to aesthetic and wellness medicine integrates advanced technology, personalized patient care, and clinical research across five research centers under one roof.

Her practice encompasses medical weight loss, bioidentical hormone therapy, injectable and laser treatments, and comprehensive medical spa services.

A passionate educator, consultant, and industry leader, Dr. Espinoza has served as a trainer for Allergan and Galdermafor more than a decade. She is actively involved in clinical research and serves as a consultant, key opinion leader, and advisory board member for multiple leading laser, device, and pharmaceutical companies.

Dr. Espinoza was recently recognized with Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) certificationand actively participates in several women’s leadership forums throughout the Philadelphia region. She also serves on the boards of two trustee organizations and is deeply committed to philanthropy, generously supporting more than 250 nonprofit organizations across the East Coast.
