Meredith is the owner and Nurse Practitioner of New Life Aesthetics in Raleigh, NC. As a leading injection specialist, she is committed to educating, empowering and enhancing the most beautiful version of each guest. With 28 years of experience as a women's health nurse practitioner, and the past 18 years dedicated to aesthetic medicine, Meredith is regarded and sought after for her warmth, honesty, integrity, and eye for detail. Her early discovery of a natural artistic talent as a seamstress and watercolorist that paired with her love of educating and caring for her guests, make for a unique experience at New Life Aesthetics.

Meredith holds a degree in Physiology and Neuroscience from the University of California, a nursing degree from Loma Linda University, and she graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania with her Master’s of Science in Nursing. She has dedicated her career to the education of her peers and colleagues, serving as a highly sought-after national trainer, consultant, and speaker. In 2024, Meredith was hand selected by world-renowned plastic surgeon, Dr. Mauricio de Maio, to participate in a 2-year intensive mentorship program and has mastered the art of the MD Codes. Meredith travels extensively to teach and train injectors with all levels of experience throughout the country and offers customized consultant services that focus on aesthetic education and practice growth. This is where her contagious passion is shared with colleagues and professionals entering her field. She has also mentored dozens of injectors through their learning journeys.

In 2023, Meredith was named a Distinguished Woman in Aesthetics by the American Medspa Association. In 2018 Meredith was honored with a membership as a Pinnacle Professional of the Continental Who’s Who of National Business Leaders. In 2017 Meredith was recognized with an Award of Excellence for the Best in Nursing by the American Health Council.
