Shawna Chrisman is a board-certified nurse practitioner, industry thought leader, and the founder of Destination Aesthetics Medical Spa, a premier aesthetic practice with five locations across the greater Sacramento area. She launched Destination Aesthetics in 2011 as a solo venture and strategically scaled it into one of the fastest-growing medical spas in the nation, achieving a Top 10 Allergan® account ranking in the U.S. within eight years.  

Renowned for her expertise in medical aesthetics, Shawna is an Allergan Medical Institute (AMI) educator for injectables and SkinMedica®, a Colorescience® Know Better Skin Pro, and an active speaker, panelist, and contributor to industry webinars, roundtables, and PR initiatives for Allergan Aesthetics. She also serves on the Thought Leadership Group for CareCredit and the Medical Advisory Board for Advanced MedAesthetic Partners (AMP), where she helps shape industry best practices and business growth strategies.
