Erez Dayan, MD is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon and the founder of Avance Plastic Surgery Institute in Reno Tahoe, Nevada. Dr. Dayan completed his plastic surgery training at the Harvard Plastic Surgery Program, where he served as Chief Resident, followed by an aesthetic surgery fellowship at the Dallas Plastic Surgery Institute.

Dr. Dayan’s clinical practice focuses on advanced aesthetic surgery of the face, breast, and body, with particular expertise in deep plane facelift surgery, rhinoplasty, complex revision procedures, and minimally invasive energy based technologies.  

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Dayan is an active educator and thought leader in aesthetic surgery. He has authored and edited multiple textbooks, including works on emerging technologies in face and body contouring and surgical anatomy of facial danger zones. He frequently lectures nationally and internationally on surgical technique, technology integration, and private practice development.
