MEDICAL EDUCATION

Dr. Jody Abrams commenced his academic journey at Louisiana State University-Shreveport, culminating in his medical degree from LSU Health Science Center in Shreveport. Following his internship, he pursued specialized training in ophthalmology through a residency at LSUHSC.

Driven by a passion for excellence and a commitment to advancing his field, Dr. Abrams pursued fellowship training in oculoplastics/neuro-ophthalmology at St. John Hospital & Medical Center in Detroit, Michigan. His dedication to this specialized area of expertise distinguishes him as one of fewer than 500 neuro-ophthalmologists in North America.
