Lauren Jeang, Clinical Assistant Professor
I am a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in cornea, external diseases, and anterior segment surgery. I graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in biochemistry and earned my medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine. I completed a residency in ophthalmology at the University of South Florida where I served as chief resident. Then I pursued a cornea fellowship at Tufts University/New England Eye Center and Ophthalmic Consultants of Boston. My clinical interests include cataract surgery, corneal transplants, and ocular surface diseases. I enjoy performing clinical research studies and teaching trainees. I am a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, and Cornea Society.
