Heroic Leadership In Healthcare
Over this 30 day program, healthcare professionals experience an in-depth accounting of their lives as leaders. Hosted by Chris Lowney, this unique and practical program brings the heroic leadership model into the everyday lives of all healthcare workers, regardless of job or role. This transformational, hands-on experience will enhance learners' interaction with others, and renew commitment to what truly matters. The program offers participants clarity in their day to day decisions, practical strategies to meet and exceed personal and professional goals, and improves their lives as they improve the lives of those they serve.
Target Audience
This activity is intended to meet the needs of nurses and physician.
Learning Objectives
- Develop self awareness of one's own strengths, weaknesses, values, and purpose and how these connect to, and manifest in, the healthcare workplace.
- Put into practice strategies to improve performance according to one's own values, purpose, and personal goals.
