Carol Hernandez is a board-certified Physician Associate who graduated in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from East Carolina University and a Master of Health Sciences degree from Duke University.

With extensive experience across internal medicine, pulmonology, cardiology, and gastroenterology, Carol brings over two decades of clinical expertise to patient care. She joined Gastro Health in 2015 specializing in inflammatory bowel disease.
