Dr. Lukasz Kwapisz is a double Board-certified gastroenterologist specializing in Inflammatory Bowel Disease. He attended the University of Ottawa for medical school and then went on to complete his residency and fellowship at the University of Western Ontario. He then went on to complete his Advanced IBD Fellowship from the Mayo Clinic. Dr. Kwapisz practiced in Houston at Baylor College of Medicine before moving to Miami. He is dedicated to delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care for Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, with an emphasis on optimizing long-term outcomes through proactive disease monitoring and individualized therapy. His professional interests include comprehensive IBD program development, quality improvement, and education for patients and clinicians.
