The "UNC Health System Pharmacy and Therapeutics (P&T) Committee Series" offers healthcare professionals an in-depth exploration of key pharmacologic updates, formulary recommendations, and clinical management strategies that impact system-wide patient care. At the P&T meeting on January 20, participants will use principles of evidence-based medicine to evaluate formulary change recommendations, assess the impact of optimization initiatives, and develop strategies to optimize patient care and safety across the UNC Health Care System.
