Cory Perugino, D.O.

Assistant Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School, rheumatologist at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH), and Principal Investigator in the Center for Immunology and Inflammatory Diseases of MGH. I have specialized in the clinical evaluation and care of patients with IgG4-related disease (IgG4-RD) and have been studying the underlying immune mechanisms of this disease for over a decade. My research focuses on identifying the antigenic triggers that initiate IgG4-RD, defining the immune cell populations that cause inflammation and tissue damage, and developing diagnostic tests and biomarkers for IgG4-related disease.
