Richard Cheng, MD, MSc is Professor of Cardiology at the University of Washington with a background in HF, cardio-oncology, and cardiac imaging. He is the Section Head for Heart Failure and Cardio-oncology and is the Program Director for the Heart Failure Fellowship. He serves as the WA state ACC Governor, is a member of the ACC Board of Governors Steering Committee, Chair of the HFSA AHFT Fellowship Program Director’s Committee, Associate Chair for ISHLT Standards and Guidelines and is the Chair of the ACC Cardio-oncology Meeting. His research focuses on epidemiology and risk prediction in heart failure cohorts, amyloidosis, sarcoidosis, and cardio-oncology.
