Jamal Mahar is an Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiologist at the Banner Heart Institute/ University of Arizona College of Medicine Phoenix. He completed his residency and Chief Residency in Internal Medicine at the Cleveland Clinic followed by cardiology fellowhip at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX. He then did an additional fellowship in Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology at Stanford University. His interests include heart transplant, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and cardiac sarcoidosis.
