Dr. Fatemah Akbar graduated from Kuwait University Faculty of Medicine in 2019. She completed her Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Miami/Jackson Health System, earning the Florida Chapter ACP Outstanding Resident Award. She is currently a second year Cardiology Fellow at the University of Miami/Jackson Health System with interests in medical education and Interventional Cardiology.
