Mays Ali, MD, FACC, FASE
Dr. Mays Ali is an Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine at Mayo Clinic Florida, with clinical interests in echocardiography and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. She currently serves as Director of the Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM) Clinic, helping lead a multidisciplinary program focused on clinical excellence, education, and research in HCM. Her research interests include echocardiography, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, and medical education. A devoted educator, Dr. Ali serves as the Education Director for the Cardiovascular Diseases Fellowship Program and holds additional leadership roles within the Mayo Clinic Alix School of Medicine. She is deeply committed to mentorship and curriculum innovation and received the 2026 Mayo Fellows' Association Teacher of the Year Award for Cardiology.
