Dr. Gail Humble studied genetics at UC Davis and attended medical school at UTMB
Galveston. She has been working with the Klotho gene/protein for the past 25 years. Dr
Humble has patented the process of successfully genetically modifying human adult
mesenchymal stem cells to upregulate the Klotho gene and get reliable large quantities
of the Klotho protein. She has authored three cellular studies as well as three IRB
approved clinical trials involving Klotho. Her research has been published in the journal
of Dermatologic Drugs, Skin and Aging as well as the European Journal of medicine.
She now serves as CEO of Klotho Skin and has launched the first skin care line which approaches working on a genetic level. She is also  Co-Founder of Klotho Longevity  and is in the top 100 contestants for the XPRIZE for developing an oral form of Klotho. She is a requested speaker on Klotho and lectures at the A4M, Biohackers, the cell surgical society as well as the annual Klotho conferenc. She also serves as medical director of the Aesthetic and Anti-Ageing institute in San Francisco and LA and has published over 25 research articles on Sculptra and the ageing face for which she has been aa national and international speaker
