Co-Founder & Clinical Director, RN Esthetics

Michelle is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner and the Clinical Director of RN Esthetics.  She co-founded the practice with Linda Vecchione (now retired) in 2012. With a passion for aesthetics and a commitment to excellence, Michelle also serves as a National Trainer for Allergan Aesthetics, leading both the Accelerate and Elevate training programs.  In addition, she is Clinical Faculty for The Academy for Injection Anatomy, a prestigious cadaver-based course dedicated to advancing safety and anatomical understanding in aesthetic medicine.

Throughout her career, Michelle has trained and mentored her RN Esthetics team, as well as thousands of providers across the country. She was honored as a 2025 Women in Aesthetic Leadership Award recipient for her contributions to education, mentorship, and leadership in the industry.

Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Master of Science in Nursing from Boston College, where she graduated summa cum laude. With extensive training in injectables, cannula technique, laser treatments, and advanced skincare, she focuses her work on both clinical excellence and teaching—sharing her knowledge to elevate the field.
