Shelby Miller, DNP, FNP-C, is the founder of RUMA Medical, a leading aesthetic and wellness practice offering a comprehensive, holistic approach to patient care. As a board-certified nurse practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Gonzaga University, Shelby is nationally recognized for her clinical expertise and artistic approach to aesthetic medicine.

Under her leadership, RUMA Medical has evolved into a comprehensive wellness destination, offering a full range of services that include aesthetic injectables, advanced skin health, sexual wellness, functional medicine, regenerative medicine, and mental wellness.

Shelby is also the founder of RUMA Academy, where she has personally trained and mentored hundreds of medical professionals across more than 30 states and internationally in Europe, Mexico, and Canada. She is a national speaker and trainer, a lead mentor trainer for Galderma, and a key opinion leader for many industry leading companies.

In addition to her clinical and educational work, Shelby leads the Aesthetic Alliance Mastermind, a national mentorship program designed to support and empower female entrepreneurs in aesthetic medicine and wellness. Through this platform, she helps practice owners across the country elevate their leadership skills, grow sustainable businesses, and confidently step into their roles as visionary entrepreneurs.
