Erica Oakes is a board-certified aesthetic nurse specialist, she is a co-founders of Culture Aesthetics & Wellness and the founder of Culture Academy of Medical Aesthetics. Erica is a KOL and national speaker for AMI and last year ranked in the top 15 most utilized trainers. She serves on the educational committee for ISPAN, multiple advisory boards, and is the Tennessee state Secretary for AmSpa. Erica 1 of only 34 MD codes Mentee and faculty trainer led by Dr. Mauricio de Maio and she actively participates in the Complication in Medical Aesthetics Collaborative Community. Voted a top aesthetic injector four years running, Erica was also honored by her peers in the medical aesthetic specialty to be recognized as a 2025 Top Distinguished Woman in Aesthetics.
