Tushar Mishra, MD

Tushar Mishra, MD, is a board-certified Interventional Cardiologist with Cardiology, PC at Princeton Baptist Hospital in Birmingham. He earned his medical degree from Sardar Patel Medical College in India and completed his internal medicine and cardiovascular disease training at Wayne State University/Detroit Medical Center. He subsequently served as Chief Fellow of Interventional Cardiology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York.
Dr. Mishra is an active researcher with over 25 peer-reviewed publications and current involvement in clinical trials. His clinical and research interests include high-risk complex percutaneous coronary interventions (PCIs), preventive cardiology, and improving clinical workflow, with a focus on technology and lifestyle modifications.
