Dr. Fayçal El Kouhen is a Moroccan plastic and aesthetic surgeon internationally recognized for his expertise in advanced facial rejuvenation surgery. He completed his medical training at the Faculty of Medicine of Marseille, France, where he served as resident and Chief Resident in the hospitals of Marseille. He is a graduate of the French College of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery and holds certification from the European Board of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (EBOPRAS).

After returning to Morocco, Dr. El Kouhen established his private practice and later founded his own aesthetic surgery clinic and medical spa. Over the past decade, he has developed extensive experience in advanced aesthetic procedures including ultrasonic rhinoplasty, high-definition liposculpture with rib remodeling, and modern facial rejuvenation techniques.

His current practice focuses primarily on facial surgery, particularly endoscopic deep-plane facelift procedures performed through incisions completely concealed within the hairline.

Recognized for his expertise in scarless endoscopic facial lifting techniques, Dr. El Kouhen has also been invited to practice in Dubai as a visiting doctor in leading aesthetic clinics. He treats an international patient base and is regularly invited to present his techniques at major international facial surgery congresses.
