Dr. Sarmela Sunder is a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon based in Beverly Hills, California, specializing in facelifts, rhinoplasty, and non-surgical facial rejuvenation.  She completed her undergraduate studies at Johns Hopkins University, earned her medical degree at Cornell University Weill Medical College, and completed residency at Stanford University. 

Dr. Sunder is affiliated with Cedars-Sinai Medical Center  and is the founder of Sunder Plastic Surgery on Rodeo Drive. She has also authored several book chapters, including a guide for plastic surgeons preparing for facial plastic surgery board certification. 

One of Dr. Sunder’s passions is performing humanitarian reconstructive surgeries across Asia and South America, including cleft lip repairs and microtia reconstruction for children.
