Amber Valimont, MSN, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in advanced heart failure at UPMC Presbyterian’s Heart and Vascular Institute. She manages outpatient heart failure care, leads the CardioMEMS remote monitoring program, and serves as a Sub‑Investigator for the PROACTIVE 1 and 2 trials. Amber also coordinates the UPMC Heart and Vascular APP Fellowship, overseeing curriculum development and program growth. She earned her MSN from Belmont University and her BSN from Duquesne University.
