Steven Dunn is the Lead Pharmacist for the Heart & Vascular Center at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia. In addition, he is on faculty with the UVA School of Medicine and is a clinical assistant professor at the Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia. Dr. Dunn obtained his Pharm.D. degree at the Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia, and completed his PGY1 and PGY2 residencies in cardiology at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. In addition to his work with ASHP, ACCP and the Cardiology PRN, Dr. Dunn is active within the American College of Cardiology and the American Heart Association, having recently completed a 4-year term on the ACC Prevention Council and is actively serving on the CLCD Pharmacology Committee for the AHA.
