Anthony Imudia, MD

Dr Imudia earned his undergraduate and medical school degree from Latina University in Panama City, Panama. Following his medical education, Dr Imudia moved to the U.S. where he completed a four-year residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Wayne State University School of Medicine / Detroit Medical Center. During his last year of residency, he served as the Chief Executive Resident for the OB/GYN residency program. Immediately after his OB/GYN residency, Dr Imudia’s hard work and dedication earned him admission to Harvard Medical School / Massachusetts General Hospital where he completed 3-year fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) as well as Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS).
Dr Imudia is board certified in both OB/GYN and REI. In addition to being the REI Division and Fellowship Program Director at the University of South Florida, he is one of the physicians’ partners of Shady Grove Fertility, Tampa Bay. Dr Imudia has earned many research and teaching awards, produced numerous peer reviewed publications and has given international and national presentations in all aspects of REI and Reproductive Surgeries.
