Tom LaGreca, Esq
Thomas LaGreca is a partner and the executive director of healthcare recovery at Callagy Law, based in Paramus, New Jersey. With a legal career spanning over four decades, he specializes in medical revenue recovery, including PIP, workers' compensation, and commercial insurance claims.
He began his legal career in 1983 as a litigator at the Wall Street firm Dewey Ballantine, where he focused on antitrust and construction litigation. He later served as a regulatory attorney for NYNEX Corp. (now Verizon). Before joining Callagy Law in 2012, he spent 20 years as the co-owner of a multi-million-dollar commercial flooring business in New York City, which handled high-profile projects for institutions like Carnegie Hall and NYU Langone Medical Center.
At Callagy Law, he focuses on business development and maintaining relationships with medical providers. He is a recognized expert on the No Surprises Act (NSA) and has authored the book "Removing the Surprises from the Surprise Medical Bill Laws."
He holds a bachelor's degree from Pennsylvania State University and a juris doctor from St. John's University School of Law, where he served as the editor-in-chief of the law review. He is married to JoAnne LaGreca, who is also an attorney at the firm.
