Alice is Principal Scientist for Neostrata - an R&D formulator with over seven years of experience developing beauty and personal care products for L’Oreal, Estee Lauder, Coty, and Kenvue. Throughout her career, she has developed color cosmetics, haircare, nail, and skincare products from early prototyping to commercial launch, and holds an issued patent in emulsion technology. Her academic foundations include a BS in Chemistry, a GC in Cosmetic Science, and an MBS in Food Science and Business. It started with her own skin and questions that needed answers. Her curiosity became a career built on understanding ingredients, their interactions, and how they serve the skin.
