Dr. Shahriari is Associate Clinical Professor of Dermatology at Yale University School of Medicine, Associate Director of Clinical Trials at CCD Research, Senior Editor for the Journal of Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis and a member of the National Psoriasis Foundation’s Medical Board. She is also the immediate past president of the Connecticut Society of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery.

Her clinical and research interests include inflammatory skin conditions in both adult and pediatric patients, and the study of novel therapeutics for skin disease, in particular in those with melanin rich skin. She has served as a principle investigator and sub-investigator for numerous multi-center clinical trials, published articles in well renowned peer-reviewed journals and served as an invited speaker at local, national and international conferences.
