Wayne Mylin, Dipl. ABT (NCCAOM), AOBTA-CP
Wayne Mylin is an integrative cancer coach, health and wellness coach, shiatsu therapist, and founder of My Best Life Coaching and The Second Trail, a supportive care and life navigation community for cancer survivors and caregivers. He brings more than 30 years of experience in mental health, mind-body wellness, group facilitation, and integrative supportive care, including 20 years providing shiatsu and wellness support at the Abramson Cancer Center at Pennsylvania Hospital.
Wayne offers workshops, presentations, and experiential programs that help cancer survivors and caregivers translate health and wellness recommendations into realistic, sustainable daily life practices. His work integrates cancer health and wellness coaching, positive psychology, mindfulness, self-management support, Chinese medical theory, resilience, emotional intelligence, and life navigation skills. His approach is compassionate, practical, and capacity-aware, with an emphasis on helping people orient themselves, clarify what matters most, assess their current capacity, and take meaningful next steps toward wellbeing.
