"Dr. Jill Waibel is a renowned dermatologist specializing in medical dermatology, laser surgery, and cosmetic care for all ages. She is the Medical Director and Owner of the Miami Dermatology and Laser Institute and recently expanded with a new laser and research facility in Coconut Grove. Dr. Waibel also serves as Subsection Chief of Dermatology at Baptist Hospital at Baptist Health of South Florida and is a Clinical Voluntary Assistant Professor at the University of Miami, Dr. Phillip Frost Department of Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery.

An international leader in laser surgery, she lectures globally and operates a practice with over 85 laser devices. She has led more than 50 clinical trials and has helped companies navigate FDA approvals. Her pioneering work in laser treatments for scars has earned her major honors, including the ASLMS Ellet H. Drake Memorial Award and Newsweek's 2022 Best Cosmetic Dermatologist title. She is deeply committed to helping burn and trauma survivors, founding the “Restoring Heroes” group for veterans and 9/11 survivors."
