Neurotoxins II
Neurotoxins II is Aesthetic Mentor’s accredited intermediate-level course designed for licensed medical professionals with approximately 4–6 months of neurotoxin injection experience who are looking to expand their aesthetic skills through advanced treatment applications. The course focuses on facial anatomy, patient assessment, dosing strategies, safety considerations, and advanced injection techniques for:
- Hyperhidrosis
- Dimpled chin ("orange peel")
- Downturned corners of the mouth
- Gummy smile
- Platysmal bands
- Masseters
- Nasal tip elevation
- "Jelly Roll" (orbicularis oculi)
This 4-hour, CE-accredited program. Through a combination of evidence-based didactic education and supervised hands-on training, participants will strengthen their understanding of anatomy, safety, and advanced neurotoxin techniques.
Target Audience
Neurotoxins II is intended for licensed medical professionals (RN, NP, PA, MD/DO, DDS/DMD) holding an active and unrestricted license within their scope of practice. This course is recommended for clinicians with 4–6 months of neurotoxin injection experience who are ready to advance beyond foundational techniques.
Learning Objectives
- Explain common off-label aesthetic applications of neurotoxins.
- Review dosing strategies and the mechanism of action for advanced neurotoxin treatments.
- Discuss facial and neck anatomy relevant to safe and effective injections.
- Demonstrate proficiency in advanced aesthetic assessment and patient consultation.
- Apply advanced neurotoxin techniques to address common cosmetic concerns and optimize patient outcomes.
