Parin J. Patel, MD, is a cardiologist specializing in electrophysiology at Ascension St. Vincent in Indianapolis and Noblesville, Indiana. He prescribes medicines and performs procedures to treat irregular heart rhythms and help prevent stroke.  He is part of an integrated, national network of heart care, sharing best practices and offering evaluation and treatment of the most complex heart conditions.

Dr. Patel is an active Fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC) and Heart Rhythm Society (FHRS). He is nationally recognized for expertise in ablation and Watchman™ left atrial appendage occlusion procedures. He is also a principal investigator or co-investigator for numerous research studies, including a prospective registry of atrial fibrillation ablation, cutting edge pulsed-field electroporation for atrial fibrillation ablation, novel medical therapies for atrial fibrillation, and ventricular ablation in heart failure patients. He also serves as the current President of the Indiana Chapter of the American College of Cardiology.
