Vitiligo Uncovered: Pathogenesis, the JAK Pathway, and the Future of Treatment

The recent FDA approval of topical ruxolitinib represents the first therapy specifically indicated for vitiligo and marks a significant shift in the treatment paradigm for this historically underserved autoimmune condition. In parallel, several systemic therapies—including oral JAK inhibitors and novel biologic agents—are progressing through Phase 2 and Phase 3 clinical development. As the therapeutic landscape rapidly expands, dermatology clinicians must strengthen their understanding of vitiligo immunopathogenesis, key immune signaling pathways, and the mechanistic rationale linking targeted therapies to disease biology.

This one hour live webinar will address emerging advances in the understanding and treatment of non-segmental vitiligo.
