Marina Maes, PharmD, BCACP

Marina L. Maes, PharmD, BCACP is an associate professor at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, School of Pharmacy, where she teaches medication management of endocrine topics including women’s health, diabetes, and obesity to PharmD students. She practices as a primary care clinical pharmacist at the UW Health Belleville family medicine clinic where she also contributes to the clinical management of these conditions. She was involved in creating the delegation protocol at UW Health that allows pharmacists to initiate and monitor medications for weight management. She has a special interest in the intersection of women’s health and chronic disease management. Dr. Maes is an active leader in the American College of Clinical Pharmacy Women's Health Practice and Research Network. She is a recipient of multiple teaching awards, including the 2025 American College of Clinical Pharmacy New Educator Award.
