Dr. Sopheap Na is a board-certified Internal Medicine Physician.  Dr. Na received her MD from the University of Colorado School of Medicine.  She completed her residency at the University of Colorado Internal Medicine Residency Program and is an Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine.   

She is the Deputy Director of the Provider Network for VET-HOME. Previously, she served more than 16 years at Eastern Colorado Health Care System.  Her most recent positions included Chief of Vaccinations, Environmental Health, Employee Health (VEEOH) and Deputy Chief of Primary Care Service.  She has >19 years of leadership experience. 

Dr. Na completed ACPM Level 1 and 2 Certifications.
