Marcie Lee is a health services researcher at the Denver–Seattle Center of Innovation for Veteran-Centered & Value-Driven Care. She has extensive experience evaluating quality improvement and research initiatives within the Veterans Health Administration (VHA). Her expertise is in qualitative methods, including collection, management, and analysis of data from Veteran and key-informant interviews, focus groups, and site-visit observations. She has contributed to numerous projects evaluating Veteran access to care, quality of VA care, and VA innovation (e.g. e-consults, VA Video Connect in specialty care, home-spirometry, virtual reality). With a background in public health, she has supported the evaluation of implementation efforts at both the local and national level, including V-IMPACT, CCICM, and the integration of Whole Health Coaches within pain management teams.
