Mark Flower, Peer support
Mark Flower is a dedicated Veteran advocate, community leader, and project consultant with nearly three decades of experience driving mental health, peer support, and outreach initiatives. A U.S. Army and Army Reserve Veteran, Mark has dedicated his career to expanding access to behavioral health resources, suicide prevention, and community engagement for Veterans and underserved populations across Wisconsin.
Co-founder of Dryhootch of America and former Director of Community Programs, Mark has served in key advisory and leadership roles for organizations including the Medical College of Wisconsin, Rocky Mountain MIRECC, and Mental Health America of Wisconsin. His work bridges the gap between healthcare research, criminal justice diversion (Milwaukee County Veteran’s Treatment Court), and grassroots peer mentoring to build stronger, healthier communities.
