Josh Wilde, LCSW, LAC

I work with Sobriety House (SoHo) and independently as a licensed clinical social worker and a licensed addiction therapist. Additionally, I provide clinical supervision and direct the SoHo clinical intern program. I bring 15+ years of experience working with those facing intimacy disorders and sex-related addictions. I also worked in organizational administration, community advocacy, chemical addiction treatment, and behavioral therapy for elder, marginalized, and neurodivergent populations.
My therapeutic approach revolves around Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Informed Cognitive Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. Having navigated addiction and recovery myself, I am driven to build dignity and empowerment in the narratives and identities of clients in under-privileged populations. My career as a therapist enables me to equip clients in using their cultural, social, and individual paradigms to build a unique path of sobriety. My clients are architects of their addiction recovery, and it is a privilege to build with them.
