Daniel Stange, Daniel A.M. Stange, MSN, BSN, RN

Daniel A.M. Stange,MSN, BSN, RN, is a Nursing Professional Development Educator and Prevention and Management of Disruptive Behavior (PMDB) Coordinator with the VA Eastern Colorado Health Care System. With a clinical background in medical-surgical nursing, Daniel’s work focuses on preparing healthcare professionals to safely and effectively respond to complex behavioral situations through education, de-escalation, trauma-informed care, simulation, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Daniel is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Nursing with an emphasis in Veteran and Military Health Care at the University of Colorado Anschutz College of Nursing. His graduate and professional work reflects a commitment to improving care for Veterans while strengthening staff confidence, preparedness, and safety. His recent scholarly work has focused on manager-supported behavioral response training designed to improve team coordination and decision-making during behavioral emergencies within the VA healthcare system.
