Samantha Norris is a Nurse Practitioner specializing in complex cardiovascular care at the San Francisco VA, where she provides longitudinal management for veterans with coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmias and resistant hypertension. She leads multiple innovative programs, including the Acute Care Cardiology Clinic, the SFVA Cardiac Stress Test program, the Cardiology resistant hypertension clinic and the first VA-based renal denervation program on the West Coast. Samantha is also an active educator and preceptor for NP and RN trainees, a faculty member of UCSF School of Nursing, and an experienced quality‑improvement contributor with published research in cardiology and telehealth optimization. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Washington, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from UC Davis.
