Irma is a Registered Nurse with 40+ years of clinical and leadership experience.  Irma has worked in both inpatient and outpatient medical and behavioral health settings.  She has led and fostered interdisciplinary teams.  Irma joined the MIBH in 2019 supporting day to day operations.  She has a passion for serving and advocating for others.  As a farm girl from Nebraska, she enjoys volunteering, traveling, biking, whacking a golf ball, being outdoors and a good laugh.
