Zechariah Plummer, MPH

Zechariah Plummer is a public health professional with several years of experience in HIV prevention and care. This experience includes work in clinics and with historically marginalized populations, helping to improve access to HIV services using a data-driven and community centered approach. Most of Zechariah’s recent work has focused on data quality, survey design, statistical analysis, implementation of low barrier care strategies, and providing technical assistance for Ryan White clinics across the 5 county Austin TGA.
He is particularly passionate about improving the quality and robustness of analysis and evaluation conducted at local public health departments.
His current role as Ryan White Data Manager at Austin Public Health allows him to help translate population-level HIV data into public health practice, improving care outcomes for people living with HIV in the local community.
