With a remarkable career spanning over two decades at Bucky Plastic Surgery in Philadelphia Pennsylvania, Kimmi Ragone distinguished herself as an Aesthetic Nurse.  She is renowned for her comprehensive consultation and full facial injection skills that yield an appreciable, natural result for her patients.  Kimmi’s dedication and unwavering commitment to the art of aesthetic medicine and plastic surgery have delivered transformative results for so many of her patients with a focus on safet and anatomy, setting a standard of excellence in the field. 

Kimmi has also been an invited advisory board member for industry partners including Galderma, Evolus, Merz. Rion and Patient Fi.  Expanding on Kimmi’s pursuit of excellence in the aesthetic field, she was honored to become a GAIN trainer for Galderma Aesthetics; allowing her the opportunity to share her extensive experience with the Restylane, Sculptra, and Dysport portfolio of products with new and experienced aesthetic providers. In 2025 she became a founding member of Evolus Academy, and a valued trainer and educator. Kimmi enjoys her consulting work as a speaker for several leaders in beauty and skincare, presenting for Evolus (Jeuveau), Sente Skincare, and Rion Skin Science (Plated).

Kimmi has invested in the highest level of aesthetic training throughout her career. She is well-versed in utilizing every FDA-approved product accessible within the U.S. market.  She has trained with Michael Kane, Arthur Swift, Julie Horne, Raj Acquilla, Zack Ally, Chris Surek, Sebastian Cotofana, Steven Fagien, David Sadaat and Lee Walker along with many other nternational aesthetic leaders.  Training and sharing her twenty-six years of acquired aesthetic knowledge is highly rewarding for Kimmi.  She has provided shadow days and hands-on training to medical students, residents, and fellows at the University of Pennsylvania since 2005.  She has also privately mentored and trained numerous new and experienced injectors over her career.  Kimmi is the Executive Director of Injectables and Skincare at Bucky Plastic Surgery in Philadelphia Pennsylvania in the prestigious Rittenhouse Square area.
