Zarah Gaerlan, MSN, APRN, AGNP-C, is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, Clinical Director, and aesthetic injector with more than 20 years of healthcare experience and nearly a decade devoted to aesthetic, regenerative, and wellness medicine.

As Lead Nurse Practitioner for Lancer Aesthetics soon to open at Wynn / Encore Las Vegas, Zarah brings extensive experience in clinical leadership, luxury patient care, protocol development, and provider education. Her clinical expertise includes advanced cosmetic injectables, biostimulatory and regenerative treatments, laser and energy-based technologies, facial anatomy, complication prevention and management, and individualized wellness therapies.

Zarah is also an experienced educator who has taught basic and advanced injection techniques, PRP and PRF therapies, laser technologies, and comprehensive aesthetic procedures at the National Institute of Medical Aesthetics. She served as a Merz Aesthetics MAX Partner and training instructor from 2024 to 2025, helping practitioners strengthen their clinical knowledge, technical skills, and confidence.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from De La Salle Health Sciences Institute and her Master of Science in Nursing–Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner degree from Maryville University. She is licensed in Nevada and California and holds active DEA registration.

Known for her thoughtful, anatomy-driven approach, Zarah combines clinical precision with an artistic eye to create refined, natural-looking results.
