Dr. Stephanie Tsang is a California-licensed optometrist. She currently serves as a mentor OD for 9 locations across Northern and Southern California, combining hands-on patient care with clinical leadership. Her background spans a wide range of practice modalities — from associate to business owner to consulting training staff and doctors — across settings ranging from cold starts to acquisitions to large, established practices. With experience spanning practice purchases to large-entity acquisitions, Dr. Tsang is passionate about balancing sound business practice with excellent patient care. She believes that authentic connection is what strengthens our healthcare system.

She holds the Fellowship credential from the International Academy of Orthokeratology and Myopia Control (FIAOMC) and completed her ocular disease and low vision residency at the VA hospital in Tucson, AZ.

Her clinical focus centers on comprehensive myopia management and dry eye treatment, utilizing advanced modalities including IPL (intense pulsed light) and amniotic membranes.

Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, Dr. Tsang brings a bilingual, culturally attuned approach to patient care that serves as both a clinical strength and a business differentiator in the communities she serves.

She enjoys cooking, yoga and pilates, live music, and time with family outside the practice.
