Edwin Kim is an associate professor and chief of the division of pediatric allergy and immunology at the University of North Carolina School of Medicine. As director of the UNC Food Allergy Initiative, his research is on the development of novel therapeutics for food allergy with a particular focus on food immunotherapy.
