He is the Editor of the 24th edition of Rudolph’s Pediatrics and Associate Editor of Primary Care in HIV. He is Editor Emeritus of The Florida Pediatrician, the official publication of the Florida Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics, and has served on the editorial boards of the American Academy of Pediatrics Red Book, Pediatrics in Review, and AAP Grand Rounds.
NIH-funded since 1994, Dr. Rathore has also secured research and programmatic funding from HRSA, CDC, private foundations, and the pharmaceutical industry. His total extramural funding exceeds $80 million. He has authored more than 500 scholarly communications and delivered over 500 invited lectures worldwide.
Dr. Rathore has served as President of the Florida Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Duval County Medical Society. He has also served on the boards of the American Academy of Pediatrics, Pediatric Infectious Diseases Society, HIV Medicine Association, and the Florida Medical Association.
