Jillian Papa, MPH, is a professional program evaluator and Board Member of Emotions Matter, a nonprofit organization supporting people impacted by borderline personality disorder (BPD). Diagnosed with BPD in 2012, Jillian brings lived experience of BPD and recovery to her work, including contributing to BPD research. Professionally, she serves as a Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning (MERL) Advisor for Save the Children US and has more than a decade of experience evaluating health and social programs. Jillian earned her MPH in Epidemiology from Emory University’s Rollins School of Public Health.
